1. Return Window & Eligibility

We want you to be delighted with your Tanki Meter device. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of physical delivery under the following conditions:

• The device must be unused, uninstalled, in its original product packaging with all included accessories (Tank-Base unit, Tank-Top sensor unit, power adapters, and manual).
• The item must be in saleable condition without physical scratches, modified wiring, or structural tampering.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or official invoice) must be provided when requesting a return.

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If cancelled before courier handover, 100% refund will be processed immediately.
